What products do you export?
We export four core product lines from China: Premium Tires (PCR, TBR, OTR — brands including Triangle, Linglong, Sailun, Doublestar), BYD EV Auto Parts (battery modules, drive motors, chargers, body panels for BYD Han/Tang/Atto3/Song/Dolphin), Sinotruk HOWO Parts (engine, gearbox, axle, cabin, brakes, suspension — 500+ SKUs), and Car Accessories (dash cams, seat covers, phone mounts, cleaning kits).
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product category:

Tires: 100 sets (PCR) / 50 sets (TBR/OTR) / 1 × 20FCL
BYD / Sinotruk Parts: 1 unit for urgent single items; bulk pricing starts at 10+ units
Car Accessories: 50–100 units depending on item

We also offer sample orders (typically 1–5 units) at sample pricing. Sample costs and freight can be deducted from your first bulk order.
Are your products genuine OEM or aftermarket parts?
We offer both. For Sinotruk HOWO Parts, we stock both genuine OEM parts sourced from authorized Sinotruk suppliers and high-quality OEM-compatible aftermarket parts — clearly labeled so you know what you're ordering. For BYD Parts, we source primarily genuine OEM parts from authorized BYD supply channels. All products come with proper part numbers and documentation.
Do you offer OEM / private label / custom branding?
Yes. We offer OEM/private label services for tires, including custom brand name, logo embossing, label printing, packaging design, and color configuration. MOQ for OEM tires is typically 300–500 sets per size. Lead time for OEM orders is 30–45 days after sample approval. Contact us for a custom branding consultation.
What certifications do your products hold?
Our certifications vary by product and destination market:

Tires: ISO 9001, CE, DOT (USA), EU Tyre Label, SNI (Indonesia), GCC, SONCAP (Nigeria)
BYD / Sinotruk Parts: ISO 9001 factory certification, SGS inspection available on request

We provide full certification documents with every shipment. If you need a specific certification for your market, let us know and we will confirm availability.
Can I request product samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, sample orders are available for all product categories. Sample pricing is charged at cost (slightly higher than bulk pricing) plus international courier freight. For most products, we can dispatch samples within 3–5 business days. The sample cost and freight fee can be fully credited toward your first bulk order exceeding USD 3,000.
What shipping methods are available?
We offer three shipping options to suit your timeline and budget:

Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): Most economical. Best for bulk orders of 1 CBM or more. We work with COSCO, MSC, Evergreen and other major carriers.
Air Freight: 5–10 business days door-to-door. Recommended for urgent spare parts or high-value small orders.
Express Courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3–7 business days. Best for samples and small parcels under 50kg.

All shipments include full documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading/air waybill, certificate of origin, and SGS inspection report (if requested).
How long does sea freight take to my country?
Typical transit times from China:

• 🇿🇲 Zambia (Lusaka via Durban/Dar es Salaam): 28–38 days
• 🇸🇬 Singapore: 8–14 days
• 🇦🇺 Australia (Sydney/Melbourne): 18–26 days
• 🇪🇹 Ethiopia (Addis Ababa via Djibouti): 22–32 days
• 🇱🇷 Liberia (Monrovia): 25–35 days

Transit times are approximate and depend on the carrier's schedule, port congestion, and customs clearance speed in the destination country.
What trade terms (Incoterms) do you offer?
We are flexible with Incoterms to suit your logistics setup:

FOB (Free on Board): We handle all costs to the origin port. You arrange and pay for the ocean freight. Most popular with experienced importers.
CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): We cover ocean freight and marine insurance to the destination port. You handle local customs and delivery.
DAP (Delivered at Place): We deliver directly to your warehouse. We manage all freight, insurance, and export customs.
EXW (Ex Works): You collect from our factory. We prepare all export documentation.

For new clients, we typically recommend FOB or CIF for transparency and ease.
Do you provide export customs documentation?
Yes, we are a China Customs-registered exporter and provide a complete set of export documents with every shipment:

If your destination country requires a specific document or format (e.g., PVOC for Kenya, SONCAP for Nigeria), please inform us in advance.
What happens if goods are lost or damaged during shipping?
For CIF shipments, our cargo insurance covers transit loss and damage. For FOB shipments, we strongly recommend your freight forwarder arranges marine insurance. In case of damage:

1. Photograph and document all damage upon delivery before signing any receipt
2. Contact us within 7 days with photos and a damage report
3. We will file the insurance claim and either replace the damaged goods or issue a credit note, depending on the insurance outcome

For high-value orders, we always recommend CIF with all-risk marine insurance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / Wire Transfer): Our preferred method. Fast, low fees, available worldwide.
L/C (Letter of Credit) at Sight: Available for orders over USD 20,000. Provides strong buyer protection.
Western Union / MoneyGram: Available for small sample orders.
PayPal: Available for samples and orders under USD 2,000 (3.5% processing fee applies).

We do not accept cryptocurrency or personal checks.
What are your standard payment terms?
Standard payment terms for T/T:

New clients: 30% deposit upon order confirmation; 70% balance payment before shipment (after B/L copy or factory photos are provided).
Repeat clients (3+ orders): Eligible for 20% deposit + 80% against B/L copy terms.
L/C clients: 100% irrevocable L/C at sight from a reputable bank.

For sample orders, 100% payment is required in advance.
How do I get a price quotation?
Getting a quote is quick and easy:

2. Provide: product name/model, quantity, destination port, and any specific requirements
3. We will send you a detailed Pro-Forma Invoice (PI) within 24 business hours

The PI includes: unit price, total amount, MOQ, packing details, lead time, payment terms, and shipping cost estimate.
Are prices negotiable for large orders?
Yes. Our pricing is tiered based on order volume. The larger your order, the better the unit price. We also offer annual contract pricing for clients who commit to regular purchases. Additionally, if you combine multiple product categories in one shipment (e.g., tires + auto parts), we can offer bundled pricing discounts. Please mention your estimated annual volume when requesting a quote so we can offer the most competitive pricing.
Do quoted prices include shipping?
By default, our standard quotations are FOB (Free on Board) Chinese port, which means they do not include international shipping. We can also quote on a CIF basis (including ocean freight and insurance to your destination port) if you prefer — just specify your destination port when requesting the quote. For DDP (door-to-door), freight and customs costs are added to the product price.
What quality control processes do you have?
We implement a multi-stage quality control process:

1. Factory Audit: We only work with ISO 9001-certified factories that pass our initial supplier audit.
2. In-Production Inspection: For large orders, our QC team inspects products during manufacturing.
3. Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI): A final inspection is performed before loading. We provide photo/video documentation as standard; SGS third-party inspection is available on request (fee applies).
4. Load Supervision: We monitor container loading and provide a Container Loading Report (CLR) for sea freight shipments.
What is your warranty policy?
Warranty coverage by product:

Tires: Manufacturer's warranty against material defects (typically 3–5 years or useful life, whichever is shorter). Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, road hazards, or overloading.
BYD EV Parts: 12 months warranty on electrical components. Battery modules: 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first.
Sinotruk HOWO Parts: 6–12 months warranty depending on the component (engine parts: 12 months; wear items like brake pads: 6 months).

Warranty claims require photos/videos of the defect and return of the faulty item (or samples of faulty batch) at buyer's cost if outside China.
What if I receive products that don't match my order or are defective?
If you receive items that are wrong, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue
2. Our quality team will review the claim within 48 hours
3. Resolution options: replacement shipment in the next order (most common), credit note for the defective items, or refund for verified manufacturing defects

We take quality claims very seriously and have maintained a 96% repeat order rate because we resolve issues fairly and promptly. Prevention is our priority — hence the rigorous pre-shipment inspection.
Do you provide technical support for the products?
Yes. We provide:

Installation guides for BYD/Sinotruk spare parts (PDF and video format)
Product specifications and compatibility charts for all parts
WhatsApp technical support — our team can answer technical questions within a few hours
Manufacturer contact — for complex technical issues, we can connect you directly with the factory engineer

For all products, we provide complete English documentation including user manuals, installation guides, and technical specifications.
How do I track my shipment after it has been dispatched?
Once your goods are shipped, we provide:

Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill number for tracking on the carrier's website
Container tracking link for sea freight shipments
Regular updates via WhatsApp at key milestones: departure from China, arrival at transit port, arrival at destination port
Full document package sent digitally (scanned originals) within 3 days of vessel departure, with originals couriered to your address
